Join the conversation in Germantown!
GRAY AREA is an experiment and public conversation to encourage new ways of thinking about older buildings in Philadelphia and beyond.
Our first laboratory for ideas is the Max Levy Autograph Company building in Germantown at 212-220 Roberts Ave., just across from Wayne Junction. It's a classic Philadelphia challenge: what to do with a handsome, vacant industrial building.
Join us at two community meetings, hear from our team of designers, historians and preservationists about what we're learning and express your point of view.
